Mothers like Deadliest Catch?

Kevin loves likes Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel. The last time it was on, I saw an advertisement for a Deadliest Catch Mother’s Day Marathon. So, do Mother’s like the Deadliest Catch or do they watch it because their husband’s watch it?
For me, I watch it only because that’s what Kevin is watching…it’s not something I would choose if I had control of the remote. It just struck me as odd that they would hold a marathon of something that seems (to me) to be for men on Mother’s day.

Okay, I admit that I will watch that even when I am by myself. But, I am sort of an adrenaline junkie, and with 5 little ones, I have to live vicariously sometimes.
BUT, I wouldn’t spend a day watching it, and especially not mother’s day.
I hate that show! My husband watches it every time it is on! I think it is sometimes boring and other times stressful.

I’d have to say it’s because the hubs watches it. I mostly watch it with my eyes closed!…lol
that’s hilarious…i loved that show the first season but there’s only so much fishing you can watch before it gets old…
